As a Transportation Shift Coordinator , you will be member of the Transportation Division and you will actively participate and coordinate a large range of transportation operations. The role requires the ability to manage a various team of drivers and cooperates effectively with the stakeholders.

A small idea of your daily tasks

Ensures, monitors, and checks the availability of the appropriate resources (vehicles, drivers, etc.),
Coordinates the day-to-day activities/mechanisms regarding the daily delivery processes and the invoicing procedures.
Manages the routing program in daily basis.
Responsible for the distribution optimization of orders.
Conducts regular audits on the delivery processes and equipment.
Monitors regularly & ad hoc the differences between initial routing plan and final delivery route of orders.
Participates in the selection, training and manages the performance evaluation of a team of drivers.
Control of the loading process (pallet - truck scanning)
Coordination of pallet combinations based on routing plan and warehouse process

What you have

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or relevant field. Master's degree will be considered as an asset.
1-3 years of proven working experience in a similar position, (transportation, courier, delivery, shipping)
Very good command of MS Suite, Windows, TMS and ERP systems
Very good command of the Greek & English language both verbal & oral
