Italian Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer a remote opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Support representative for Transportation Services, based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who prefer the flexibility of working from home while being integral to a customer-centric team within the transportation sector. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support related to their travel needs. If you’re fluent in Italian and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat from the comfort of your home.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding transportation services, including bookings and itinerary changes.
  • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on available services and offer personalized options.
  • Document interactions and ensure accurate data entry for service improvements.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain service quality and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, especially in the travel or transportation industry, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and customer service platforms.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours depending on business needs.
