Danish Speaking Customer support for major streaming services - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a remote opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Support representative for a major streaming services company. This role allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while helping customers navigate their streaming experiences. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are fluent in Danish and passionate about the entertainment industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and technical issues.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and offer effective solutions.
  • Guide customers in utilizing streaming platforms to maximize their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Interest in streaming services and the entertainment industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
