Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and technical issues.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and offer effective solutions.
- Guide customers in utilizing streaming platforms to maximize their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Interest in streaming services and the entertainment industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
