Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through complex scenarios effectively.
- Document and track customer inquiries in the support system accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to escalate and resolve pressing technical challenges.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and support processes.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance customer assistance.
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required, along with good command of English.
- Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve common issues.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and remote work environment.
- Familiarity with support software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a keen desire to help customers are essential.
