Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for Danish Speaking Roadside Assistance Service agents to work in a hybrid capacity from Athens, Greece. Our agency specializes in connecting skilled professionals with esteemed employers who value linguistic abilities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers in need of roadside assistance, providing immediate support and effective solutions in Danish. If you are passionate about helping others and thrive in both office and remote environments, this position offers the flexibility of hybrid work while experiencing the vibrant culture of Athens.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond quickly and professionally to roadside assistance requests from customers.
  • Communicate effectively in Danish, ensuring clear and concise support for customers.
  • Coordinate with local service providers to guarantee timely assistance.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the system.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, alternating between office and remote environments.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and software applications.
