Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Support representative for a prominent International Airline based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be the face of the airline, providing exceptional support to passengers by addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth travel experience. If you are fluent in Danish and have a passion for customer service within the aviation industry, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, schedules, and travel policies.
  • Effectively resolve complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Inform customers about airline services, procedures, and updates.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions for service quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to further enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Interest in the airline industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms is a plus.
