Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat while working remotely.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, including bookings and modifications.
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Educate customers on service options, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to inform service improvements.
- Collaborate with your team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Interest in the transportation industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software is desirable.
