Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewelry products, orders, and brand details.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Offer personalized assistance and recommendations to customers.
- Document interactions and feedback accurately to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Genuine interest and knowledge of luxury jewelry and fashion is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
