Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support representative for a renowned Luxury Jewelry brand located in Athens, Greece. This role offers the chance to deliver top-tier customer service to a distinguished clientele that values quality and elegance. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring each interaction resonates with the luxury standards of the brand. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewelry products, orders, and brand details.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Offer personalized assistance and recommendations to customers.
  • Document interactions and feedback accurately to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Genuine interest and knowledge of luxury jewelry and fashion is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
