Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Luxury Jewellery - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat while working remotely.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to jewellery products, orders, and brand information.
- Swiftly and professionally resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Offer tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Interest in luxury jewellery and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management systems is preferred.
