Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with queries regarding financial products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers on financial services, their features, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service quality.
- Stay informed about financial regulations and product offerings to provide accurate assistance.
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior customer service experience, especially in the financial sector, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
