Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of issues related to a collection of apps.
- Provide users with clear instructions and guidance to enhance their experience with the applications.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to refine support processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify common user issues and escalate them for further analysis and resolution.
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good level of English proficiency.
- Previous experience in technical support or related IT roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Passion for technology and helping customers is a must.
