Nordic Speaking Customer Service for International Airline - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight information, reservations, and policies.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Guide customers through the booking process and provide essential travel information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Interest in travel and knowledge of airline operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
