Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communication.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronic products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
- Guide customers through product usage, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
- Interest in electronics and technological products is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
