Nordic Speaking Customer Experience Associate - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Address customer complaints promptly and work towards effective solutions.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and troubleshooting any challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share customer insights.
- Keep updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better support customers.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) is essential, along with strong English skills.
- Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, customer-centered attitude.
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and remote communication tools.
