As a Warehouse Supervisor you are a member of the executive team of our warehouse in Magoula. You will coordinate all related activities, to achieve operational excellence across departments within the warehouse. Moreover, you will be an inspirational and supportive leader, to build highly engaging teams, where people grow and feel valued.

What you will focus on

• Ensure the efficient operations of a large distribution center of combined FMCG's, adjusting resources to seasonal and ad hoc needs (inbound, outbound, stock management etc)
• Build and empower engaged and efficient teams to support a 24/6 operational cycle.
• Provide a safe and secure working environment for everybody, building on regulatory standards and corrective adjustments in a proactive manner.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, monitor service levels and resolve ad hoc challenges (suppliers, procurement, customers)
• Participate in the budget preparation and reporting, while monitoring the actual performance and reasoning on differences, if necessary
• Optimize the use and availability of all necessary equipment and means, from budget to daily use
• Ensure healthy warehouse kpi's; monitor/forecast trends; enhance awareness and fitting actions

What you have

• BSc in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Finance or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset
• At least 2 years experience in a relevant position, in a structured industrial environment with a clear production cycle, having the responsibility for production activity
• Fluency in English language, both written & verbal
• MS Office literacy - experience in the use of ERP and WMS systems would be considered an asset
