Your Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Warehouse and Procurement Specialist to lead our dynamic operations within the Secure Mobility sector. This role focuses on comprehensive warehouse management, including material procurement, safety stock, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, delivery notes, and extends to ERP material management. If you have a proven track record in warehouse and procurement management, with expertise in ERP systems, and are passionate about technology, this position offers an exceptional opportunity.

1. Supplier management, Procurement and ERP Management
-
Timely submission of orders based on sales forecast.
-
Safety stock flagging and monitoring to secure continuous material supply to business.

Coordinate the procurement approval process.

Implement ERP material management processes to optimize inventory and supplier integration, including product codes management, new supplier registration.

Assist in sourcing and onboarding technology suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain suppliers material pricelists and technical folders.

Explore and source new material
-
Promptly address any compliance or quality issues in collaboration with suppliers.
2. Warehouse Management
-
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless material handling, picking , packaging and shipment, based on specific Bill of Materials.

Export process management, liaise with customs agents, delivery management to customers.
-
Maintain optimal safety stock levels to prevent shortages and meet demand.
-
Efficiently manage the RMA process, including product returns and replacements.

Accurately generate and maintain delivery notes for all shipments.

Quantitative and qualitative receipt of orders from suppliers.

Annual inventory of warehouse stock.
3. Inventory Control
-
Implement robust inventory control measures for accurate tracking of material components.

Conduct regular audits to uphold precise inventory records and quality standards.

Implement new barcoding system.
-
Manage slow moving, obsolete and repair stock.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance
-
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all warehouse activities. (e.g. Recycling, environmental and safety regulations)
What we look for:
-
At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, procurement, and ERP material management
-
Excellent knowledge of English language.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.

Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
