Responsibilities:

• Managing of incoming calls.
• Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools.
• Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

• •Native or near to native Dutch language (C2)
• •Very good command of English language (B2 –C1)
• •Good MS Office skills
• •Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
• •Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
