Location : all over Greece
Position : Customer Advisor - aftersales

What We Offer :
Training : Paid training program to start your career (6 working days)
Salary : €1300 gross per month + performance bonuses
Shifts : Monday to Sunday, 6:00-23:00 (5 days/40h per week)

Your Responsibilities :
Assist customers in Dutch via phone, chat or email
Solve customer issues and ensure satisfaction ❤️
Collaborate with team members to improve our service
Mantain accurate records ✅

What You Need :
EU Passport or Greek work permit
Strong communication skills, fluency in Dutch and English ️
Customer service experience preferred
