The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, driving sales growth within the French-speaking markets, and developing long-term business relationships.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.for a proactive and results driven Polish Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects in Polish-speaking regions.

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.

Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.

Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:
Native or near-native in Polish.

Very good to fluent English skills.

Proven experience in inside sales and business development, preferably within the Polish-speaking market.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with sales techniques.

Additional Notes:
Relocation is not provided; candidates must already be located in Athens, Greece.
