We are a global company looking for enthusiastic Polish-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our team in Athens, Greece. This is a full-time on-site position, offering the chance to work in a dynamic environment with excellent benefits.
Position: Polish Customer Support Advisor
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service-related information.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up communications.
- Native or fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
