Polish Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized consultations to Polish-speaking customers on search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and provide effective solutions.
- Evaluate customer needs and suggest tailored solutions to enhance their online presence.
- Educate clients about product features, benefits, and best practices for maximizing search engine performance.
- Document client interactions and collect feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing and search engine technologies.
- Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients succeed in their digital marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
