We are an international company seeking a Hungarian-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a dynamic work environment with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.
Position: Hungarian Customer Advisor
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece (On-site)
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in Hungarian (written and spoken).
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Thessaloniki, Greece.
