Hungarian Speaking Video Streaming Support - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to Hungarian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account settings, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through service features and installation processes.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and their resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to help inform service enhancements.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a related role, ideally in the tech or streaming industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and relevant technologies is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
