What We Are Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:
Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone (inbound and outbound calls).
Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Participating in ongoing learning to stay updated on product knowledge and service practices.
