E-Business Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day management to ensure KAFKAS B2C, B2B eshop /eshops is operational and continually optimized
- Close collaboration with the e-business team, IT, vendors, sales and product managers and customer care to investigate customer needs
- Supervise website behavior and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to the season
- Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to drive traffic and sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience of the site
- Monitor competitor analysis (domestic and foreign) and share insights and recommendations that could provide improved performance
- Perform User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and provide feedback
- Bachelor’s degree plus two year of relevant experience required
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
