ICAP Executive Search , on behalf of its client, a well-esteemed company within the Insurance market , is seeking for a driven and experienced Collections Coordinator.

Collections Coordinator ( Ref. 5724/CCO/ESS/GR )

Responsibilities:
Working independently as a part of the accounting team.

Reach out to B2B clients to follow up on overdue payments and collect outstanding balances.

Build strong relationship with clients.

Analyze customer accounts to identify overdue payments etc.

Accurately document and update all collection activities and customer communications.

Assess and recommend improvements to collections policy and procedures.

Assist in reconciling account discrepancies and addressing client inquiries related to payments and invoicing.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain best practices in collections to achieve optimal results.

Support procurement processes by managing part of the procurement cycle and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services.

Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience in collections/ accounts receivable, or a similar role.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build customer relationships.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
