ICAP Executive Search & Selection , on behalf of its client, a leading luxury hospitality company is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO .

Executive Assistant to CEO (5657/EA/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Provide comprehensive and integrated secretarial and administrative support.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screening and prioritizing emails and phone calls.

Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.

Assist the CEO with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Respond to different stakeholders, maintaining high professional standards and meeting conflicting needs.

Operate independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
Proven professional experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role in a corporate environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or another relevant field.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English languages (oral and written).

Strong organizational, time management, multitasking and prioritization skills.

Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.

Customer service excellence with commitment to quality.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.

Adaptability with continuously changing requirements.
