ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, an innovative Software Development and Integrated ICT Solutions in Greece, is seeking for a ICT Project Manager – Public Sector to join their team.

ICT Project Manager – Public Sector – Ref. 5662/IPM/ESS/GR

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing projects that enhance digital capabilities and efficiencies, contributing to significant advancements in the public sector. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project teams comprising internal and external collaborators.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues that may arise.

Oversee and continuously monitor budget, costs, invoicing, and resource allocation (personnel, equipment, technology).

Develop detailed project schedules and deliverables lists, tracking progress through appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Manage technical and operational issues that emerge during project implementation.

Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Draft and manage project documentation, including regular reports, correspondence, implementation studies, and phase deliverables.

Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing digital capabilities and public sector efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer Science or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Strong technical background with an understanding of or hands-on experience in software development and ICT.

Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

PMP / PRINCE2 / PM2 certification is desirable.

Developed organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities, with the capability to work under pressure.
