We are seeking motivated individuals with strong work ethics and character to join our remote team as CAD Drafters in Greece. With full training provided, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the civil engineering industry.
What is NYC Local Law 11?
NYC Local Law 11 mandates the regular inspection and maintenance of building facades for structures over six stories tall, ensuring public safety by identifying potential hazards. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in drafting plans related to facade inspections and repairs, ensuring that buildings across NYC remain safe and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and updating CAD drawings for facade inspections and repair work.
- Collaborate with engineers remotely to incorporate field data into technical designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with project standards and NYC regulations.
- Contribute to office-related tasks such as document management to support project coordination.
- Maintain organized project documentation and revisions.
- Basic CAD skills (Auto CAD preferred); we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Recent civil engineering graduates or students who are about to complete their degree.
- Excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and a collaborative attitude.
- Willingness to take on a range of tasks, both technical and administrative.
