Marketing Manager - Ref. (5743/MM/ESS/CY)

Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager for Veterinary Products, you will develop and implement Marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and sales, align with market trends, and cater to customer needs. This role combines strategic insights, creative marketing, and technical acumen to enhance the reach and impact of our veterinary portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Review technical materials and analyze market data related to the company's products to recommend marketing targets and promotion strategies.

Develop and implement marketing plans for veterinary products aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand trends and customer needs.

Communicate clinical research results and their commercial implications to the sales and technical support teams.

Invest time in customer visits to stay connected with market trends and customer needs, as well as to provide technical support.

Train and support the sales team on marketing and product-related topics.

Coordinate with external partners to create and monitor advertising campaigns and materials tailored for the target markets and audiences.

Plan and execute events such as conferences and training seminars for the company's clients.

Manage and create content for all corporate social media channels.

Ensure compliance with veterinary advertising regulations across all promotional activities.

Prepare product or corporate presentations for client meetings or other stakeholder engagements.

Submit the annual marketing budget and monitor expenses regularly.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MSc is preferred.

At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within the Veterinary, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare sectors.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Market Data and Consumer Trends.

Excellent Project Management skills, with experience in developing and executing Marketing Plans.

Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management, including content creation across various platforms.

Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

Strong presentation and training skills to support and educate the sales team.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

Strong planning and project management abilities.

Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language.
