ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, is seeking an IT Business Solutions Manager to join their highly qualified software development team.

IT Business Solutions Manager (5755/ITBSM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business divisions to design IT projects in the manager’s area of responsibility, including CRM, Power Platform, Ecommerce, and other systems

Participate in digital transformation initiatives to strengthen the company's digital capabilities

Evaluate business requirements and adapt them to internal business processes to ensure optimal solution implementation

Manage IT vendors to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery

Oversee projects by coordinating internal and external teams to achieve project objectives

Assess project effort and schedule with a focus on efficiency and timely delivery

Systematically monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet timeline and quality goals

Prepare project reports to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders

Effectively manage and develop the team to continuously enhance skills and performance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

Master’s degree preferred

Previous management experience in CRM and Ecommerce

Experience in project management; PMI certification preferred

Experience with cloud solutions and integrated IT environments

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

Fluency in English
