• Proven experience of at least of 2 years as a Corporate Customer Representative.
• Strong listening skills and Customer empathy
• Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and written combined with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Flexibility and going the “extra mile”.

• Digital literacy and tech savviness
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing or any other academic degree
• Good command of Greek and English language (written & verbal)
• Ability to perform well under pressure and results oriented.
