MSPS SA, a leading Integrated Marketing and Sales services company, is seeking a talented and experienced CSC Planning & Systems executive for PMI - Papastratos company in Athens, Greece.
About the role:
As a CSC Planning and systems executive, you will be part of the customer service team of the company and the internal call center of the organization.

As a CSC Planning and systems executive, you will be part of the customer service team of the company and the internal call center of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage effectively the call center's systems
- Organize and coordinate the activities related to the actions of the call center
- Manage the requests of internal and external executives, ensuring their timely registration and categorization
- Communicate and inform all involved departments, depending on the inquiry
- Keep a record of all activity related to inquiries and requests
- Ongoing or acquired Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in Greek & English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Technical skills and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Data analytics skills will be considered a plus.
