We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social events.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Restaurant, housekeeping, F&B.) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during events.
- Continuously evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
