Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social events.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.

Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Coordinate with internal departments (Restaurant, housekeeping, F&B.) to ensure seamless event execution.

Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during events.

Continuously evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, or a related field.

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.

Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
