Export Field Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves extensive travel ( >50% of the time) to maintain and expand our client base in Greece and potentially abroad. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Conduct regular visits to clients, presenting product solutions tailored to their needs.

Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and objectives.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to ensure alignment with company goals.

Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote company products and services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in field sales, ideally in tools, hardware, or a related industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively ( >50% of the time).

Fluency in Greek and English.
