Santikos Collection, a prestigious hospitality company known for its luxury resorts and hotels, is currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team. This position will be based at one of our stunning properties in Skiathos, Greece.
As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a pivotal role in ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and address any guest concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and handle the check-in/check-out process in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and requirements are met.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating to supervisors or management if necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using hotel software and systems.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
