Front Office Team Leader - Avali for Season 2025

The iconic Mar Bella, perfect for families and multi-generational groups, the adults-only Nido, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World, and Avali, the latest addition to the Mar-Bella Collection portfolio are located on the island of Corfu. Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota.
Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Front Office Team Leader to join the Avali hotel team for 2025 in Corfu.
    • Supervise the operations & SOPs of reception, guest relations, porters & doorman team
    • Support all the shifts
    • Deal with customers and handle complaints
    • Meet guests’ requests
    • Train the front office team
    • Schedule shifts
    • Monitor stock and office supplies
    • Respond to guests’ emails
    • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
Requirements

  • Minimum two years working in a luxury, 5-star hotel
  • Degree in hospitality management
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and fidelio
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal communication skill
