Accounts Receivable - MarBella Collection for Season 2025

Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota.

Mar-Bella Collection is looking for an Accounts Receivable to join our team for Season 2025 in Corfu

  • Issue and send tour operators / agencies final invoices
  • Issue early bookings lists / pro forma invoices
  • Ensure payments are made within contracted payment terms
  • Correspond with the tour operators / agencies
  • Maintain the Accounts Receivable in the PMS system (Fidelio)
  • Control all documents issued daily by hotel reception (invoices, receipts, etc.)
  • Control the reservations costing, proceed with adjustments if necessary
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies
