Job Summary

The hair stylist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing a full range of top-notch hair treatments and grooming services. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to providing a personalized and luxurious experience for each guest.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Development:
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, styles, and techniques to offer innovative and contemporary services.

Provide personalized consultations to guests, offering suggestions and advice tailored to their preferences and hair type.

Maintain a portfolio of work showcasing a variety of styles and techniques.

Product:
Educate guests on proper hair care routines and recommend appropriate hair products for at-home maintenance.

Stay informed about new haircare and styling products, recommending and promoting them to guests.

Operations:
Execute a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, with precision and creativity.

Provide personalized consultations, ensuring an in-depth understanding of guests' preferences and hair care needs, and delivering bespoke services.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitization of tools and equipment.

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ work experience as a Hair Stylist preferably in a luxury salon or resort setting.

Proficiency in a variety of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.

Strong knowledge of haircare products and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a fluency in English.

An internationally accredited Hair Stylist certification from an accredited institution.

Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

Passion for staying current with industry trends and continuous learning.
