Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking to recruit an ideal candidate for the Mykonos Island:

Head Bartender

Main Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with the Restaurant General Manager you will execute the smooth and flawless operation of the Bar and Restaurant.

Complete all bartender duties when necessary.

Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.

Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served in the bar.

Ensure that all details of service are performed by the bartenders to expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.

Train bartenders and service team to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels are to standard.

Drive cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonally accurate cocktails are available on the menu.

Assist with beverage procurement, beverage costing.

Qualifications:
Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.

2 years’ minimum experience as a Head Bartender in a hotel with similar high standards.

Excellent organizational and team management skills.

Excellent command of English language is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, guest oriented and with a hands-on operations management approach.

Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills.
