Louis Hotels , one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated professional for its hotel unit King Jason Zante, at Zakynthos, for the below position:
Ass. Housekeeping Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Comply with all company-related Housekeeping standards and operating procedures, and where needed establish additional ones.
- Oversee daily staff performance and on-the-job training.
- Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
- Monitor and replenish housekeeping products stock.
- Participate in large cleaning projects as required e.g. seasonal opening and closing of the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
- 2 years’ minimum experience as an Ass. Hsk Manager in a hotel with similar high standards.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Excellent command of English language is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, guest oriented and with a hands-on operations management approach.
- Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills.
