ICTS Hellas , the leading security services' provider, is operating in Greece since 1987 as a member of ICTS Europe/Sofinord Group providing integrated security solutions in more than 40 security service points across the State and implementing more than 90 projects in airports, airlines, port facilities and other critical infrastructures.
ICTS Hellas is interested to appoint an enthusiastic HR Administration Assistant to join our team. The right candidate's key responsibilities might include the overall support to the HR administration processes regarding Ergani online platform, employee benefits administration and digital documentation.
Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Managing the “ERGANI” online platform over various employment status and liaising with Employment Contracts & Renewals
2. Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
3. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the department and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
4. Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics, such as employee turnover and efficiency
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards
Skills & Experience:
1 to 2 years on a similar duties job position
Epsilon HRMS knowledge will be considered as an asset
Excellent command of English language
Excellent PC Skills (MS Office)
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
