ICTS Hellas , the leading security services' provider, is operating in Greece since 1987 as a member of ICTS Europe/Sofinord Group providing integrated security solutions in more than 40 security service points across the State and implementing more than 90 projects in airports, airlines, port facilities and other critical infrastructures.
ICTS Hellas is interested to appoint an enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Some of the right candidate's key responsibilities might include the "right-fit" talent acquisition, the overall employee experience monitoring and improvement, the up to date employee digital documentation and ability to mannerly dealt various employee requests.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Managing recruitment procedures to attract the right candidates over corporate recruitment needs
- Ability to coordinating various HR issues & projects (employee surveys, events, compensation & benefits issues, job descriptions)
- Planning and administering policies and actions related to CSR & Employee experience
- Maintaining all non-payroll related employee documentation (personal data, HCAA & developmental training, benefits, roles)
- Dealing with employee requests and supports operations personnel with HR issues
- Preparing reports on hiring and exit interviews whilst administering appraisal performance
- BSc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
- MSc Degree in Human Resources or an MBA will be considered as an asset
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience on a similar role
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- Familiarity with the Epsilon Scan HRMS system will be considered as an asset
- Advanced familiarity with office hardware functionality
