The job role will handle the following tasks/areas :
Freight forwarding operations.

Handling imports from France to Greece

Key responsibilities:
As an assistant freight Line Manager, you’ll need to:
Sending offers, arrival notices, scheduling of deliveries and receipts.

Handling & monitoring imports and related documents (including invoicing).

Communication with clients, agents & carriers to ensure smooth, timely and efficient handling of shipments.

Accept / assign loading orders to partners and monitor their progress.

Proactive and Inspirational leadership that is keen to develop him/herself and others in line with the FDL group culture. You will also share knowledge and best practices with the team and the rest of the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

0-2 years in a Freight Forwarding company

Dynamic personality with strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.

Additional language (especially French) will be appreciated accordingly.

Ability to multi-task and high level of comfort working in fast paced environment.

Computer literacy in standard software applications (MS Office, ERP etc)
