We’re looking for an experienced Head of Wind Energy Project Development to lead and manage all stages of wind energy projects. You will drive site selection, oversee permitting, manage project budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in wind project development in Greece
- Previous experience in supervising a team
- Proven track record in design and construction of PV parks
- Excellent knowledge of Greek licensing procedure and regulations regarding renewable energy projects
- Proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of Auto CAD and/or GIS applications
- Knowledge of drafting / analyze preliminary layouts for Wind projects
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, Power Point)
- Domestic travel with limited international travel.
- Deep knowledge of renewable market in Greece with focus on wind, and with a proven track record of development
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work within multi-disciplinary project teams and establish relationships and work with marquee clients
- Ability to evaluate, coordinate and bring to resolution legal, political and regulatory issues related to the project
