Role Overview
The Head Waiter/tress is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Cultivos Cafe & Lounge Area, ensuring an exceptional experience for all customers. This includes coordinating seating arrangements and managing customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

Role Overview
The Head Waiter/tress is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Cultivos Cafe & Lounge Area, ensuring an exceptional experience for all customers. This includes coordinating seating arrangements and managing customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
- Greeting guests & Receiving orders and serving guests in a personalized way and with attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and neat workplace
- Ensuring that all guest needs are met, asking for feedback, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction
- Being responsible for billing, by making the right transactions (room/credit card/cash charges) and handling cash or credit cards accordingly
- Showing excellent knowledge and understanding of all restaurant menus, promotions, and special offers
Skills & expertise:
- Two or more years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
- Degree / Diploma in tourism or in a relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
