HR Payroll Officer - Pelasgia (Lamia, Fthiotida)

UNIPAKHELLAS SA, Member of INDEVCO Group is looking for a HR Payroll Officer to join the team in Pelasgia city (Lamia, Fthiotida).

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent. Degree in HR is a plus
2 to 3 years of experience in HR with payroll knowledge
Knowledge in Greece Labor Law
Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
Driving License
Greek resident
Duties:
Prepare the full cycle of payroll process
Conduct prescreening interviews for walk-in candidates and request needed documents to complete their file
Handle “Core HR Module" on Oracle system, create/update employees profile, extract and analyze needed reports
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies (eg. tax withholdings comply with regulations
Prepare taxes and social security payment to government
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, certifications, shift uploading, advance forms etc
Process payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
Prepare leaves reports (annual, sick, authorized, unauthorized leaves) and distribute to head of departments on monthly basis
Ensure the smooth operation of Ergani system
Point of contact for employees
