Medochemie Hellas, affiliate company of Medochemie Ltd, invites applications from highly qualified and motivated professionals for the position of HR Senior Generalist based in Athens, Greece.
As an HR Senior Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing all HR Functions within the organization. You will handle various tasks including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and you will be responsible for ensuring company policies and procedures align with industry standards and regulations.

As an HR Senior Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing all HR Functions within the organization. You will handle various tasks including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and you will be responsible for ensuring company policies and procedures align with industry standards and regulations.
Duties:
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR related matters, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Assist in development and implementation of company policies
- Handle the recruitment processes and conduct the on board sessions
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Oversee employee benefits programs and contribute to the enhancement of employee engagement initiatives
- Provide HR data and reporting as needed
- Handle company’s HRIS
- Organize training & development initiatives
- Perform HR administration duties
- University Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related discipline such as occupational psychology, behavioral sciences, organizational development, business, etc.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of employment/labor law
- Familiarity with HRIS
- Maintains confidentiality and professional demeanor
- Very strong interpersonal skills and analytical thinking
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong presentation skills
- Fluency in Greek and English language
- Availability to travel outside Athens and conduct presentations
