ICAP Executive Search & Selection , on behalf of its client, a Greek leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join their team:

Senior Billing Specialist - (Ref. code 5714/SBS/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and processing of electricity and gas billing for both large and small customers.

Oversee the issuance, tracking, and verification of energy bills for accuracy and compliance.

Manage the delivery process of energy bills to customers.

Input and update electricity meter readings.

Create and modify billing packages for customers.

Coordinate the daily entry and verification of meter data with Distribution Network Operators, identifying and addressing potential errors.

Monitor and reconcile payments through various payment channels (e.g., DIAS, credit cards, Livepay).

Track and audit customer meter readings for gas and electricity.

Extract data from the IEBS system and compile relevant reports for market operators and other stakeholders.

Handle and resolve customer requests and inquiries related to billing and consumption.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
4-5 years of experience in a relevant position within the energy sector.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Energy Management, Economics, Business Administration, or similar).

Strong knowledge of the energy market and related regulations.

Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.

Experience with IEBS and CRM systems.

In-depth understanding of billing processes and procedures.

Strong command of the English language.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
